Refunds

If something isn’t right, we refund. Here’s exactly when.

Unused within 14 days

Within 14 days of purchase we refund the full amount if what you bought hasn’t been used yet:

Package (Basic, Standard or Premium): no photo or video has been added to the album since the purchase. Invitation & RSVP (unlimited guests): no new reply has come in since the purchase. The former Wedding bundle: both apply. Storage extension: the album hasn’t reached its old expiry date.

Our mistake

If the service didn’t work as promised because of us (e.g. guests couldn’t upload during the event), we refund in part or in full, even after 14 days.

No refund

For a package that has been used, after 14 days; for an album closed for breaking the Terms of use; and for photos lost after an expiry we warned about in advance.

How to ask

Write to info@qralbum.ba with your account email and the order reference (QA-…) or album name. We reply within 2 working days.

How the money comes back

Card payments go back to the same card through Lemon Squeezy; banks usually take 5 to 10 days to show it. Bank transfers go back to the account they came from.

After a refund the album returns to the free plan (or the invitation is switched off), and photos above the free limit stay visible to the host until expiry.
