Terms of use

The rules for hosts and guests using qralbum.ba. Kept short, but fully binding.

The service

qralbum.ba is a digital photo album for events: guests scan a QR code and send photos and videos from their browser, no app needed. Each album also comes with a digital invitation with RSVPs, with a guest limit set by its package.

Accounts

The host creates an account with an email and password and is responsible for everything done with it. Keep your password safe and don’t share it. Guests don’t need an account.

Payment

Packages and add-ons are one-time payments per album; this is not a subscription. Card payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as the seller (Merchant of Record), which also issues the receipt. A package applies only to the album it was bought for.

Prices are shown in KM and euros. For card payments, the amount shown on the checkout page applies.

Event date and sending photos

Each album has an event date. Guests can send photos, videos and messages from the start of that day (in the album’s time zone, Sarajevo by default) until the end of the 30th day after it with a paid package, or the 15th day with a free album; before that the album page shows a countdown, and after it sending closes for good. An album is not storage for photos outside the event.

You can change the date in the panel up to 30 days before the event; if the event moves later than that, contact us. The invitation and RSVPs work before the event date too.

Storage and deletion

An album is kept as long as its package says, counted from the event date. Before it expires we send a reminder; you can then download everything (ZIP) or extend storage. After expiry, the album’s photos and data are deleted for good and can’t be restored.

We work to keep photos safe, but we recommend downloading a copy of the album after the event.

Your content

Photos and videos remain yours. You give us only the permission we need to store them, process them (e.g. resize) and show them to whoever you make them available to.

The host decides what stays in the album and can delete any photo. The host is responsible for sharing the album and for making sure that showing photos (e.g. on the live wall) doesn’t violate anyone’s rights.

Prohibited content

You may not upload illegal content, violence, hate speech, content sexualising minors, other people’s copyrighted work without permission, or images of people in intimate situations without their consent. We remove such content, may close the album without a refund, and report illegal content to the authorities.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running without interruption but can’t guarantee it will always be available. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the album concerned.

Changes

We may change these terms; we announce important changes by email. Packages already bought stay under the terms in force when they were bought.
