Do guests need to install an app?
No. The phone camera reads the QR code and opens the album in the browser. It works on iPhone and Android, with no account and no password.
Will older guests manage?
Yes. If they can send a photo on WhatsApp, they can do this: point the camera at the code, tap “Send photos” and pick photos from the gallery. Nothing to install, no account needed.
What if the venue has poor signal or no Wi-Fi?
Photos upload in parts and pick up by themselves when the connection comes back, even if the guest closes the page. They can also send them the next day from home: the album takes photos for 30 days after the event.
Who sees the photos?
Only you. A guest sees their own photos, and everyone else’s only if you share the album. The album isn’t public and doesn’t show up on Google, and location data is removed from photos before they’re sent.
How long can guests send photos?
On the event day and for 30 days after (15 with a free album). We keep the album for 3, 12 or 24 months from the event date, depending on the package, and you can download everything in one click until then.
What’s the photo quality like?
Sharper than WhatsApp or Viber: photos arrive at up to 2560 pixels on the long side. With Premium up to 4096, so a photo from a normal phone arrives untouched.
Can guests send videos too?
Yes, with Standard (up to 30 seconds per video) and Premium (up to 60). The free album and Basic take photos only.
I have more than 100 guests. Which package do I need?
No package limits how many guests can send, only how many photos: 100 free, 300 with Basic, and no limit with Standard or Premium. That’s why Standard is the one for weddings. If you use the invitation too, Standard takes RSVPs for up to 150 people, Premium has no limit.
Can I pay by bank transfer, or in KM?
Yes. You pay once, by bank transfer, in euros or KM, with no fees; card payment is coming soon. You can buy a package months ahead: storage counts from the event date.
What if I change my mind?
If no photo or video has been added to the album yet, we refund the full amount within 14 days of purchase.

I built qralbum after too many weddings where everyone took photos and the couple spent the following week chasing them in group chats, blurry and scattered. I wanted one QR code on the table that solves it: guests scan and send, and by morning everything is in one place.
There’s no call centre behind this. If something goes wrong, or you have a question before the wedding, you’re writing to me, and I answer personally.
