Is qralbum cheaper than Guestpix?

At the same price point, no: our Standard and Guestpix Classic are both €39. We also have Basic at €19 (up to 300 photos, no videos) and Premium at €59. Guestpix’s next tiers are Signature at €79 and the Signature Bundle at €99.

Do guests need an app or an account with either?

No. Both work in the phone’s browser after scanning a QR code, with no app and no registration.

How long can guests upload?

With qralbum, from the start of the event day until the end of day 30 after it on a paid package (15 on the free plan), at midnight in the event’s time zone. Guestpix Classic gives 3 months from the event date.

Can I get my money back?

Both offer 14 days. With qralbum you get a full refund within 14 days of purchase if no photo or video has been added since.
