QR wedding photo sharing apps, compared honestly.
Nine ways to collect your guests’ photos, with what each one costs for a single wedding and what it actually includes. Every fact comes from the product’s own pages; where they don’t say, we write “not stated”.

How to choose
- Count your guests. Per-guest pricing (Lense, POV) is unbeatable for 25 people and gets expensive past 150; flat-price products cost the same for 50 or 300 guests.
- Decide if an app is acceptable. Every guest who has to install something is a guest who probably won’t send photos.
- Check the upload window and storage, not just the price: from 30 days to never deleted.
- If you also need an invitation with RSVPs, Guestpix, Wedibox ($79), Joy and qralbum bundle it; the others don’t state it.
- Try the guest flow yourself before the wedding, on an older phone.

Questions
Which wedding photo sharing app doesn’t need an app?
Guestpix, Wedibox, Kululu, Lense, Melora and qralbum all work in the browser after a QR scan. POV uses an App Clip on iPhone and the web on Android. WedShoots needs its app; for Joy the sources conflict.
What’s the cheapest option for a 150-guest wedding?
Free: WedShoots (with an app) or Joy (up to 1,000 photos). Paid with unlimited photos and no per-guest cap: Guestpix Classic and qralbum Standard at €39, Lense at €40.17 for 150 guests plus €8.92 for video (with a 25-photo cap per guest unless you add unlimited).
Which ones keep photos the longest?
Melora says galleries are never auto-deleted. Wedibox All-In-One keeps media 2 years, as does qralbum Premium; Guestpix keeps 12 months on Classic.
Is this comparison biased?
